I am here to tell you my story, as I know for a fact that there are plenty of you out there who've been thru what I have, dreaming of the day you'd ultimately be in a position to throw down a nice, nasty dunk on the basketball court.
All that I am able to say is that I was just like you not too long ago. It all changed about 2 years ago, which I'll get to in a second. First, let me give you a bit more background data about myself. My name is Blake, I'm 5 foot nine, and I consider myself a pretty good athlete.
Growing up, basketball was always my favourite sport, and I wanted nothing less than to find out
how to dunk a basketball.
Anyway, I played basketball in high school . I was always a solid player, one of the better ones on my team, but I was never in a position to dunk. It's a mix of my height and the incontrovertible fact that my leg muscles ( and some other items which I'd later find out more about ) weren't powerful enough.
I eventually gave up on dunking. Hey, at least I was still a good basketball player.
Long story down in size, a few years went by after high school, and one day I ran into an old friend named James. He used to be a few inches shorter than me, and I saw him dunk right before my eyes.
James ended up introducing me to a system that modified the way in which I play the game. This system showed me
how to jump higher using the right exercises and diets.
